Facilitation Techniques

LEARN INC. training sessions are "facilitated," rather than conducted in a "lecture" format. Workshops are designed to be interactive, entertaining, engaging, and tailored to the needs of adult learners. A variety of techniques are used, including discussion, video, slides, group exercises, storytelling, and the sharing of personal and professional experiences.
